Littleton Hall, Chester

This apartment building in a sought-after village setting with lovely views has been renovated using KEIM. KEIM Universal Render (Uniputz 1.3) was applied at 8mm as a base, followed by a 4mm skim coat of KEIM Universal Render Fine (Uniputz 0.6) for a smooth finish. Once the new breathable render had dried, KEIM Royalan, in colour 9337, was applied to give a long-lasting finish for years to come.
